I bought a collection and it is still locked

Open Settings → Restore purchases. That asks the App Store what your Apple Account owns and unlocks it again. It is also what to use after reinstalling or moving to a new device — your purchases follow your Apple Account, not the phone.

If Restore says “nothing to restore” but you were charged, check you are signed in with the same Apple Account you bought with, then write to us with the date of the purchase.

I want a refund

Apple processes every purchase, so refunds are Apple's to give and we cannot issue one ourselves. Request it at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something was actually broken, tell us too — that is ours to fix regardless of who holds the money.

How much is free?

Every collection includes free puzzles, permanently, before and after any purchase. An artwork that is free today never becomes one you have to buy. Your own photos are always free and unlimited.

Deleting your data

Settings → Delete my data removes your times, bests, saved puzzles and imported photo files from the device. Deleting the app does the same. Neither removes your purchase — that lives with your Apple Account, so reinstalling and tapping Restore brings your collections back.

Does it work offline?

The free puzzles in every collection are inside the app itself, so a fresh install plays with no connection at all.

A collection you buy is hosted by the App Store and downloads when you purchase it — you are online for the purchase anyway — and plays offline from then on. Hosting them at the store rather than in the app is what keeps the download you install small. If iOS ever reclaims a collection for space, opening a puzzle from it fetches the artwork again, which needs a connection; the browser and its thumbnails work either way.
